The 2019 Plant Sale
The Radlett Horticultal Society's annual Plant Sale, which took place in May in the Scout Hut, was a resounding success. The odd heavy shower did nothing to deter the many bargain hunters and the queue waiting for the doors to open was almost back to Scrubbitts Park Road. Thanks to our increasing band of dedicated plant raisers we had a wonderful selection of perennials, vegetables and fruit bushes on offer as well as a few shrubs, herbs and houseplants. 

We also bought in a number of annuals which were snapped up at very reasonable prices. We managed to make a profit of £905 which goes to support our Autumn Show which will be held at Vision Hall Christchurch on Saturday 5th September at 3pm. 

So a big thank you to all who helped, all who grew plants and of course to all of you who turned up to spend your hard earned cash. Roll on next year.
